Broadcaster 1 for Tanker Filling Operation

Broadcaster1 was originally designed for farm use in a tanker filling operation. The original test units can still be found today working faithfully on farms around Lakeside, Ontario.  Designed with a 900MHz digital signal our unit is reliable and independent of any external services…. You are always in control.

Advantages

Using Broadcaster1 you never have to leave your tractor cab while filling your tanker. At the push of a button, switch on your tractor PTO & start pumping, or, if you have a hydraulic set up switch from stir to pump.  Monitor what is happening at your pumping tractor on the controller LCD screen see display system values, such as signal strengthengine temperature, oil pressure, outlet pressureinlet and error codes. The status of your PTO is clearly displayed as either ‘On’ or ‘Off’, as is ‘Pump’ or ‘Stir’. Increase or decrease engine RPM in 100 RPM increments, or, RPM up in preset values, that you have pre-programmed. There a number of safety features built in to our unit which will not only reduce the possibility of a burst hose, but can minimize a spill by reducing engine RPM to idle in the event that you do experience a burst hose.

Designed to operate at a range of up to 1500ft you can choose to fill your tanker at a more convenient location away from the pump. We have customers who have set up their fill spout as a drive through, improving traffic flow, fill time & eliminating the need to stop & reverse to the spout.

Need more than one Remote controller? No problem you can have up to five controllers, however only one can be in control at any given time! Controllers can be easily moved from tractor to tractor, all that is required is a 12V power supply.

Use different tractors at the pump? Check out our ‘Portable Broadcaster 1’ unit.
